Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We get it -  sometimes it’s not quite right.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to submit a request.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first - they will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange/return, you must meet and adhere to the following criteria:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unused in original condition and packaging.
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Any items included with your order (e.g. stickers or extras) must also be returned. If items are returned without included extras, a partial refund may be withheld.
  • The applicable form must be completed and enclosed in the package that is shipped to us.
  • Shipping back to our address will be the responsibility and cost to the customer. We recommend selecting a traceable shipping carrier as we take no responsibility if the returned product(s) is lost in transit back to us.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and next steps.

WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE

All items are inspected upon arrival to determine if they meet return requirements, which will either be approved or declined. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

As we run limited drops, items may sell out and may not be restocked. If your requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed once items are inspected and approved.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. 

Postage is not refunded, only the cost of the products.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items are final and cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty. 

Your local consumer law takes precedent over any points above.
