The product returned must be received:

  • In original condition unworn
  • Unused and undamaged with all tags
  • Labels and protective packaging intact with original accessories cloth and case with copy of original purchase receipt detailing order information and customer’s information. (Can be a screenshot of purchase order information)

Exchanges are available for full-priced products only.

bird & hill.® will not be responsible for the costs associated with returns, shipping or import fees associated with the return.

We recommend selecting a traceable shipping carrier.

Please note you have 14 days from the delivered date for change of mind purchases.

Order discrepancies or damaged products

You must notify bird & hill.® via email within 3 days of receiving the item. Please include a description of the issue, order number, and a photograph of the product.

Note: We are not responsible for products delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping info twice. Change of address must be within the hour of purchase, so we can correct it for you.
